Over 25 years of experience primarily in applications development as a ScrumMaster, Project Manager and Business Analyst.  Competent in the application of agile, iterative and plan-driven practices to successfully meet the needs of my clients.   Most of my experience has been as a consultant for large system integration companies (HP, EDS & McDonnell-Douglas System Integration).

Currently the Master ScrumMaster/Agile Coach on an SOA development project.  Previous agile roles included Agile Coach on a very large system integration project and ScrumMaster for a pilot Scrum project.  I have utilized various agile, XP or lean practices in just about every project going back to early 90s.  Sponsored first XP project at EDS in 2000.

Additional roles have been as manager of applications outsourcing, disaster recovery drill manager, desktop refresh manager and ITO Enterprise Management implementation.
