Ronald Doelen is a Scrum Master (Project Manager / Agile Architect). He has been responsible for award winning SOA and BI projects. Sinds januari 2007 he is using Scrum in SOA and BI projects. The experience in 3 project are good.In the last project the client wrote an extensive functional design. After 3 sprints we found out there was a lot of hidden functionality or functionality that was not needed any more. I think using Scrum ment that the project was a succes. Our compatitor offered a offshore project. I think this project would not delive the functionality the custormer wanted.
