Passionate about building good software, came from the business side (Marketing, Strategic Planning) and have developed, tested and project managed as needed.  Happily occupied away from work with wife and two kids, I enjoy my time away from work being as active as possible to offset the many hours sitting at a desk (I love those standup meetings!).

Implementing SCRUM at work and teaching senior management to think differently about project definition and planning.  It is a challenge but I believe in my heart it is the best process for our firm.  Looking forward to learning from the Alliance so I can be successful in this effort.
