I am currently engaged in managing delivery of projects in the Technology Practice for clients in US.

I have grown through the ranks to a leadership position with hands-on experience on the different phases of software development. I consider myself as a techno-manager who actively contributes to management as well as technical aspects of a project.

I value the experience gained by collaborating with international clients based on onsite-offshore model from onsite and offshore locations. Some of the renowned clients with whom I have worked with include Intuit CTG (San Diego, CA), Intuit IFID (Mountain View, CA), Motorola (Chicago), Qualcomm (San Diego, CA), Comarco Wireless (Irvine, CA) and SwissQual AG (Solothurn, Switzerland).

My personal mantra has been to believe in my potentials and to give more than my best in whatever I take up. I believe in continuous learning for myself and others in the team. I do my bit in sharing knowledge and enhancing teams to perform better.
