I have started my career as a Software Engineer in SwissTiming Ltd companyin 1997, building software for sport timekeeping. I took part of the Olympic Games in Sydney 2000 and Athena 2004 as a team leader. 
In 2006 I changed to SIX Card Solutions, in charge of Acquiring application for credit card payments in Switzerland. So far I have lead two project as a ScrumMaster (uncertified). From know I'm proud to have improved this Agile method to continue to apply it for next projects.
