Eigil Myrhøj Nielsen has since 1986, spent his work life on product development. The years up to 2001 was spent on hard- and software development with app. 80% on the hardware side.
As Eigil has spent many years as a 3rd party developer, he has a very broad knowledge of different industries from medical through wireless to construction equipment.

Since 2001, Eigil has focused on management of product development activities and change management in general.

His Executive MBA, "Master in Management of Technology", with focus on innovation and change management, has added highly valuable new tools to his toolbox, giving him an even more holistic view, than he had before. His Master thesis, The Business oriented Product Development Organization, which was creating a better balance between resource and market orientation, to create increased business value, gave him a high degree of knowledge regarding paradigm shifting an organization, which was characterized by having dedicated developers with high technical skills searching for technical excellence.
