Billie Qualtrough graduated with BS in CS and Mathematics from New Mexico State University in 1985.  She has since worked in SW development for Lockheed-Martin, supporting YF-22, and YF-117 aircraft simulation, the High Energy Laster Test Facility, WSMR and as lead developer and PM for the High Performance Computing Initiative AAVM project.  Billie went to Raytheon Missile Systems in 2000 and has worked on multiple projects including SW lead, Project Management and is currently spearheading the development of new SW projects in Raytheon's Advanced Programs product line.
