ScrumMaster (CSM) certified in March 2007.  Since that time, I have practiced Scrum in multiple software development projects for American Systems and Roundbox Global, LLC.  Most recently, at Roundbox Global, I was responsible for all projects for a major hotel franchise corporation. I ran the Scrum process across up to 5 concurrent web portal application development teams encompassing up to 30 user experience designers, developers, and QA personnel.  Facilitated all Project Planning (Backlog Management), Sprint Planning, and Daily Scrums including documenting results in Burndown Charts and Task Boards.  Responsible for documentation and escalation of blocker issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.  Implemented unit test and peer code reviews into the Scrum process to increase quality. As Program Manager, I was in charge of all billing, communications, and relations with client sponsor and their team members including status reporting. Projects employed FLEX and Java for front-end and Oracle for back-end databases. Projects generated over $1.5 Million of Roundbox’s $8 Million in 2008 revenue as their largest Professional Services account during that period.
