Barbara Neumayr studied business administration in Vienna and joined a group of students setting up socio-economic simulations during that period. Together they founded their own company where Barbara's focus was on project management. Between 2001 and 2003 she managed the business unit "netLife" which built community platforms featuring avatars. In 2004 she joined TechTalk. Currently she is responsible for TechTalk's core competence project management and managing software development projects, mainly for public authorities.
