Christopher Rued has been programming "for fun" since he was 10 years old, and started getting paid for it eleven years later, in the year 2000.  These days, most programs he writes are in Java, but he's happy to work in just about any language you can think of.

While not programming, Christopher enjoys replacing the keys that his 3-year-old son had ripped from his keyboard.  Christopher is also actively involved in the not-for-profit organization Ripple of Hope, whose aim is to help deeply-impoverished communities acquire the skills and equipment required to sustain themselves, and to grasp the first rung of the economic ladder.
