Louis Gusmus is a Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He is responsible for the execution of client software development and implementation projects in a timely manner, within budget, and consistent with Compuware’s high standards of quality. He has been involved in all phases of project life cycle management including strategic planning, project planning, control and execution, as well as, post-project evaluation with the client sponsor to assure satisfaction and to identify any process improvements that can be made within the client’s methodologies. Mr. Gusmus maintains a PMP certification that is valid through February 2010 and recently attained the ScrumMaster Certification that is valid through November 2009.
