I have 11 years of experience in IT industry, worked primarily in Oil & Gas, Telecom, and HR domain.

During these years I have been into software developement using Microsoft Technologies, Software Testing of Web applications (Manual, Automation and Performance testing), and Project Management.

I became certified ScrumMaster in October' 2008, and ISTQB Advanced level certified in Feb 2009.

I keep attending seminars/events on Agile/Scrum in the Delhi NCR region, thus broading my perspective on Agile methodologies.

At the organization level, as a Project Manager I have attended leadership development programmes meant for the middle management.

With my career touching different areas of Software Delivery i.e., Development, Testing, Project Management, and exercising Scrum & XP practices has really helped me in becoming close to a complete IT professional.
