Ported Open C libraries to Symbian. Ported Tinymail to Symbian and developed a GTK email client as proof-of-concept. Ported libncurses and Pacman game as proof-of-concept. Developed S60 Web RunTime (WRT) for JavaScript applications (widgets) to run on device. Designed and developed Service APIs (SAPI) 1.0 and 2.0 to allow scripted applications to access device features. Implemented Wholesale Applications Community (WAC) APIs on Symbian. Designed and implemented Common Web RunTime (CWRT) APIs on Symbian and Meego.
