Travis Bailey. My exposure to agile methodologies began in 2002. Since then I have been introduced to Scrum and used this as a frame work to benefit the projects I have worked on. Having a co-located team working together to achieve a common goal has been a fantastic change over other methodoglies I have used in the past. I have been involved in rolling out scrum and agile practices in an organisation with no exposure to these. We have achieved a high level of success with the projects I have worked on I aim to continue my personal growth in the area of agile methodologies and their deployment.
