Slawomir Ginter is a Software Developer and a Scrum Master (in that order).

Currently Slawomir works as Java developer on IntelliJ IDEA plugins, simultaneously serving as a Scrum Master to a team working on separate projects.

In the past Slawomir had experience with seemingly unrelated technologies such as integration middleware (connecting Java world with Microsoft .NET world using kerberized SOAP), embedded telecommunication and industrial systems, Linux kernel hacking and early internet-based distant education.

Diversity of experience gives Slawomir a holistic view on IT technologies and the role of efficient project management methodologies, hence the interest in Scrum and it's adoption in seemingly incompatible environments. Implementations so far include a waterfall-centric corporation and "hero coding"  based projects, both of which required heavy adapting.
