I am portfolio and project manager in the Danish ministry of science, technology and innovation. I am responsible of introducing and implementing scrum in a controlled environment and is therefore connected with a huge network within government organisations.

In my position it is all about people and process - and especially people over process. My daily job is to implement new ways of doing projects in the danish public sector, and to go out and be an agile evangelist spreading our results and findings to everyone that wants to listen.
