Sabine Canditt holds a master degree in electrical engineering. She has 20 years of experience in hardware, system and software engineering and consulting. Since 2003, she works for the central Siemens process consulting group and is the expert and contact person for agile product development. She has helped business groups, teams, and individuals as an agile coach to cope with typical challenges encountered in big companies like:

- big and dispersed teams
- organizational transition and change
- embedding Scrum and agility into a (still) non-agile world

Her mission is light people with joyful work experience.
