Rickard Svensson - born and raised in Malmo, a mid-size town in the south of Sweden. Educated in communication, business and (digital) marketing and got my first "serious" job in Nordea Bank's regional head office in 1998 working as a sales assistant. My first project in this position was to drive around to all the region's local branch offices to spread the word and educate the bank personnel about the bank's new and fancy product - the netbank. (Yes, in the beginning it was viewed merely as "a product".) Actually the netbank was not so new since all major banks in Sweden launched some (for its time) highly sophisticated Internet services in 1996-1997 and then the race began. In 2000 I moved to Stockholm and started my career as a product manager for Nordea's Internet and mobile banking services. And here I remain until this day but of course with shifting responsibilities and still learning new stuff all the time. I hope my training as a Scrum master and our up-coming pilot to try the Scrum framework in our development will prove to be fruitful.
