Rafael Sabbagh is a Computer Engineer graduated at Pontifical Catholic University at Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), Brazil.

His background includes several years of experience in IT project management and development team leadership.

He's a Certified Scrum Practitioner, and he currently works as ScrumMaster, Scrum coach and teaches Scrum in lectures, events and inside companies. He will obtain his Master's Degree in Administration in April, and his thesis is about critical factors for the practice of Agile values with Scrum in Brazilian IT teams.

He made presentations at the Brazil Scrum Gathering 2009 (São Paulo, Brazil), Ágiles 2009 (Florianópolis, Brazil), Germany Scrum Gathering 2009 and will make two presentations at the Orlando Scrum Gathering 2010.






Rafael Sabbagh é Engenheiro de Computação formado pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), Brasil.

Sua experiência  inclui vários anos de experiência em gerência de projetos de TI e em liderança de equipes de desenvolvimento.

Ele é um Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), e trabalha atualmente como ScrumMaster, Scrum coach e ensina Scrum em palestras, eventos e dentro de empresas. Ele terminará seu Mestrado em Administração de Empresas em abril, e sua dissertação é sobre os fatores críticos para a prática de valores ágeis com Scrum em equipes brasileiras de TI.

Ele apresentou trabalhos no Brazil Scrum Gathering 2009 (São Paulo), Ágiles 2009 (Florianópolis), Germany Scrum Gathering 2009 e fará duas apresentações no Orlando Scrum Gathering 2010.
