Gil is the first Scrum Master certified in Israel. Currently working with AgileSparks as a Agile Coach. The unbelieveable interface with dozens of companies, enables him to study, compare and find what's really working and what's to avoid. That empiric experience is what he offers. Practicing agile since 2006, he worked as a manager in Oblicore implementing Scrum from within. Focused on forging team spirit with the customer, he keeps helping IT companies grow and enthusiastingly spreading the word.

Gil is also passionate about web development and .NET based tooling. When not working on Scrum related projects, he is coding desktop tools for fun. Prior to entering the Scrum world, he was developing enterprise information systems with IDF.
