Cyndi Burch has worked for State Farm Insurance since September, 1985.  Her current responsibilities are in the area that consults with areas defining and improving processes internal to the System department at SF.  Her background includes years of support of the development methodology used within State Farm Systems, as well as being on the original team that brought in professional Project Management to the State Farm Systems department.  Many years ago she was a developer and provided support for host based inquiry applications.  Her interest in SCRUM is based on her desire to make processes work for the company, not hinder it.
