Nicolay has been working with software development since 1998.

He has worked on a variety of developing projects in both the public and the private sector. Nicolay has worked on case handler systems, banking systems, web based offshore shipping systems, public road management systems and more.

Nicolay is a Certified ScrumMaster aiming to become a certified practitioner soon. He has worked on Scrum and agile based projects for the last four to five years. Nicolay embraces the agile approach to systems development and tries to implement its principles both in systems development and in other areas of life as well.
