Jerry Wilson started with MedPlus (a Quest Diagnostics Company) in May 2008.  Jerry is responsible for coordinating, planning and overseeing the implementation of all release deployment activities. As well as consults and reviews with management project proposals to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.  By using the SCRUM curriculum he will be able to develop project plans specifying goals, strategy needs, scheduling and identification of risks, contigency plans and allotment of resources for each phas of the project, then coordinates with functional managers for assignment of project personnel.
