Mikael Boman has been in the software business since 1996, when he co-founded Citerus (www.citerus.se), and has been focussing on agile software development since the late 1990s. He was a Certified Scrum Master by Ken Schwaber in 2003 and has been working with Scrum ever since. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer and one of the most experienced agile consultants in Sweden. He has worked with companies of all sizes and in all types of businesses in Sweden and in the US. Mikael is the organizer of the Scrum User Group Sweden and he was the local partner for the Scrum Alliance when organizing the ScrumGathering in Stockholm, Sweden in 2008.
