Luiz C Parzianello is a proven senior consultant specialized in software improvement initiatives based on Lean Thinking and Scrum. He has developed a singular profile mixing knowledges from different areas such as: Systems Engineering, Quality Management Systems, Process Management, Software Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Using human based strategies for organizational changes, he has conducting several successfull projects in large complex environments. He has developed an innovative trainning program based on NLP techniques to develop communication skills in systems analysts and project managers. Currently, he is:

Parzianello holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and a MSc. in Systems Engineering from São Paulo University (USP). He is a Certified NLP Practitioner and a Certified Scrum Master.
