Eva Vinson is a Vice President of Delivery Management and Methodology for a consulting company, responsible for defining  project management and software development methodologies and for overseeing a corporate Program Management Office. She works closely with the corporate management team, vertical practice leaders, and project managers to facilitate the delivery of quality products in accordance with proposed schedules, budgets, and work processes.

Previously, Eva managed a 40-person team in development, test, maintenance, documentation, and around-the-clock operations of an FAA air traffic system.  In this role she established customized and repeatable software development processes for both full lifecycle development and short-term maintenance releases.

Eva holds a Ph.D. in Technology and Society from Boston University, where she previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting and Film.
