Born 1974 in Kristiansand, in the southern part of Norway, now resides in Oslo where I work as CFO for the multinational webportal company Skiinfo (http:www.skiinfo.com).

After completing Ken Schwaber's excellent ScrumMaster course I have now taken the role as ScrumMaster for our development team, working closely with my colleague Tobias Flatin (Product owner, and also a certified ScrumMaster). Really looking forward to the challenges ahead while implementing scrum in the organization (f.ex making sure our very creative marketing guys understand, follow the rules and see the benefits of scrum, the scrum team working together, including team members residing in other countries and so on). But perhaps most of all I am looking forward to reaping the benefits of using scrum :)

When not working I spend my time with my girlfriend, playing music (mostly listening, but also by abusing a guitar) or watching football -real football like FC Barcelona play it :)
