Frederic Doillon has worked since 2001 at UCPA, a non-profit making French organisation (in accordance with the French Act of 1901) which specialises in outdoor activity holidays for young people, with a simple and honest philisophy: "to provide an opportunity for young people to experience the outdoors through sport".

Frederic has been a Project Manager since 2005, and a Certified Scrum Master since 2008.  After reading good ressources like Ken Schwaber's books, Mike Cohne's ones, some blogs, scrum development Yahoo group, and others, he decided in december 2007 to introduce scrum in his team of developpers and since, has told us all these experiments day after day in his French blog (www.fredericdoillon.com). In may 2008, he has built a second team and he is curently the scrum master of the two teams.
