Colin Bird is the CTO for Conchango plc, a business and technology consulting organisation that has been assisting blue chip organisations deliver business value through IT since 1991. He has been closely involved with the delivery of core business and multi-channel ecommerce solutions for retail, finance and travel organisations. Colin is responsible for Conchango’s Agile project delivery capability and has been helping teams and organisations make the transition to Agile methods for the past four years. Colin is also responsible for Conchango’s development lifecycle tools, including Scrum for Team System, a Scrum methodology plug-in for Microsoft’s Team System. Colin has been awarded the status of Microsoft Architect MVP and sits on the Microsoft UK Architect Council.
