In 1993 Michael Oberhuber graduated  with the degree of Diplom Informatiker (Computer Scientist) from the Technische Universität München (TUM, University of Technology Munich). 

Afterwards he worked as a computer scientest at the LRR-TUM, the laboratory for high performance computing of the TUM. Finally he received the Doctorate in Natural Sciences for his work on tools for nondeterministic parallel programs. 

 During the last ten years he was working as a managing director for a succesful german internet startup before he switched to a small company which focused on serachengine optimisation and internet marketing.

Nowadays he runs his own business called 7peak GmbH. 7peak's concern is coaching and implementing all kind of professional internt projects. In this context he is also working as a coach and master for scrum projects.
