Wallace J. Guptill

I am an IT manager within our Investments Division, leading a team of developers, project managers, and testing analysts. We support divisional projects. I am also the leading Agilist at Thrivent, providing coaching and mentoring to agile project teams.

Previously, I worked in a Rapid Prototyping and Piloting team. We provided services to our business partners for the development of business applications that support right-sized investments and technical solutions for new-business initiatives. I participated in business innovation cycles, leveraging agile methods that provide a nimble, rapid service to deliver IT soultions, enabling confirmation of business concepts and models.

Prior to this, I have performed as a project manager and as a manager of IT development teams.
