With over 30 years experience in product development, I have focused my career on software applications, specializing in user experience.

As Principal of Phase II, a professional services company, I supported architects and designers working in the contract furnishing industry. Phase II's key differentiator was 99.99% accuracy with a competitive fee structure, supported in large part by software technology I was responsible for integrating.

As Founder and VP of Cliffside Software, Inc., I was responsible for the vision, design and implementation of Plan AHEAD, a productivity tool for emergency management.

As Principal Architect, User Experience at Tektronix, Inc., I am responsible for driving user experience strategy and user experience implementation for the Logic Analyzer Product Line.

I am the Executive Director of CHIFOO, (Computer Human Interaction Forum Of Oregon) a local chapter of the ACM SIGCHI. CHIFOO provides continuing education and opportunities for user experience professionals to network and share their expertise.

I have a B.A, Environmental Planning (minor in Information Science), UC Santa Cruz, and a Masters, Architecture, SCI-ARC.
