·       Very good knowledge of various technical areas such as CRM, Data warehouse, BPM, ECM, Data Analysis and Systems Integration

·       Over 5 years of Off-Shore Software Development experience (projects implemented from various companies located in different countries like India, Russia, Argentina, Hong Kong and Belarus)

·       Great problem solving approach and capabilities ensuring projects progress and achieve goals

·       Excellent people management and interaction skills mitigating complex communication issues and the ability to negotiate at various levels across the organisation.
