Richard Buck - After 20 years of developing a one man operation to a national company in the building maintenance industry, I sold out and returned to Southern Illinois University and obtained my Bachelors of Science in Information Systems and Technology. I began my career with State Farm in July 2001. Worked in Systems Project Development and helped develop the process based Solution Development Methodolgy. Followed the implementation of the new methodolgy into Process Mangement where I currently reside as a process SME, which includes knowledge areas in Six Sigma, LEAN, CMMI, PCM, and Agile. Currently certified ITIL and ScrumMaster.
