Abby Fichtner has been developing custom software applications wearing just about every hat imaginable since 1994.  While she got her start as a C/C++ developer for Internet startups in the '90s, she's always had a passion for coaching teams to push the limits in finding new ways of delivering quality software in the most effective way possible while having fun and continuously learning.  Finding Scrum has been like coming home.

Today, Abby works as the Lead for the Solutions Development Community of Practice for Number Six Software, helping the company's developers and architects stay up to date on the latest best practices.  She also provides consulting for a number of commercial and government customers as Developer, Architect, and ScrumMaster/Agile Coach.
