I am married with 2 children and live in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. I have had a wide variety of roles throughout my career and been fortunate to have worked internationally in Belgium, Italy and Saudi Arabia. My current role is working in a Customer Experience Management Centre where I am responsible for providing operational strategic and tactical monitoring of the customer experience for BT Retail and BT Group lines of business. The role is demanding but very enjoyable. The focus is on providing operational development, deployment, governance of solutions that meet the monitoring and management requirements. I have to work closely across matrix managed teams both on and off-shore; so that there is a smooth transition into operations of the strategic and tactical solutions. This requires that I provide an effective governance role using a developed governance framework. Educationally, I have a degree in Business Information Management (BA Hons) with my dissertation being on introducing an intranet solution into a College of Higher Education. I am also qualified as a SCRUM Master and Prince 2 Foundation in project management; ITIL Service Level Manager (Practitioner).
