Daniel Augustyn, Test Manager.
My background in software testing is around 5 years now. I have been involved in Telecom and B2C projects for the biggest telecommunication companies on the market. I started from preparing product integration tests, then functional test and system tests. Later on I was doing automation and performance testing. I was also responsible for creating the customer documentation.
2 years ago I had small but very valuable episode in R&D Pre-sales testing area where above sales tasks I was involved in preparation for EuroSTAR 2009 conference.
Around 1.5 year ago I took testing responsibility of several important areas of a global B2C and as test manager I have successfully managed program test management activities in IT area were focus was to deliver highly integrated global e-commerce solution. I have been able to improve quality and enhance user experience of the system what was notified by customer.
New point in my career started. Customer Service Management activities in IT testing area where focus is to provide high level service deliverables for our customers.
I am a Member of NTIE (Polish Business Informatics Research Society)
