I have played different roles in different telecom companies, such as software designer, system requirement engineer, technical leader, people manager, scrum master, agile trainer, head of R&D and chairman of lab management team.

During 2010 and 2011, I have parcitipated a series of trainings on Leadership Excellence given by Dr. Kaare Lindholm from Practica @ Denmark. We talked about a lot on leadership including some important Pyscology knowledge, Team Building, Quality Awareness, Conflict Management, Change Management, Negotiation, Influencing and Coaching.

I'm an experienced scrum master (since 2008 June). Recently (2011 April), I'm very interested on Agile training & coaching, and I provided "agile and lean software development" to 80 people at 3 times.
