Andrew Johnson became a Certified ScrumMaster in May 2008 empowered by Boris Gloger.

Andrew has been working as ScrumMaster and Project Manager at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime on and agile software development project.

Some of Andrew's responsibilities at the UN were coordinating the global conference management project, aligning the development processes to those of Scrum and maintaining the rules and values of scrum within the team and externally with the customers. Several meetings are a key part of the Scrum development process which Andrew as ScrumMaster solely managed and coordinated.

Aside from the Scrum duties, Andrew coordinated the communication between the global customer base in order to trawl requirements and thereafter also played a key role in the analysis of the business requirement.

Andrew has completed his duties for the UN and is currently working towards his project management certification and at the same time is on the lookout for new opportunities as Project Manager and / or ScrumMaster.
