Boris Gloger was the first European Certified ScrumTrainer. 2004 he started to be an independend Scrum Consultant. After working for several companies in Europe as project manager, team lead and Head of Software Development (EDS, BroadVision, ONE, Web.de), he decided to focus on Scrum only.

2008 blog: Scrum4You, that shows his different ways of thinking and goes far beyond Scrum.

2006 organizing the Retrospective Facilitator Gathering in Baden-Baden, Germany.

2005 SPRiNT iT, a Scrum Consulting Company in Ettlingen, Germany.
2004 organizing the first Scrum Gathering-Europe 2004 at Vienna.

He holds a Magister in Philosophy and Sociology from TU Darmstadt, Germany.

Boris lives in Roeschwoog, France, a small village in Alsace, and in Vienna, Austria.

Reading, running marathon and and salsa dancing are among his passions.
