Randy Ashton is an IT professional with over thirty years in the industry and has focused on project management for the last twelve.  Randy enjoys taking on projects that are deemed impossible and using the power of teamwork to find innovative solutions that lead to success.  Randy teamed with fellow Scrum Master Ryan Fullmer to deliver the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare new tools, including an eligibility system that received awards for innovation, speed and cost savings.  He is currently working for Cognosante, helping other states find solutions for their eligibility and health insurance exchange needs.
