Brock Argue is a Director of Application Development at ADP Procure-to-Pay Solutions (P2P), a global leader in providing Software as a Service (SaaS) invoicing and payment solutions. Located in Calgary, AB, Canada, Brock provides full-time agile coaching to many of ADP’s business units, including P2P. He was instrumental in implementing P2P’s initial transition to agile software development in 2006 and has since worked to train and coach associates in agile software development and process improvement. Brock is passionate about continuous improvement in teams and individuals and “gets a kick” out of witnessing that growth in those he works with. His excellent facilitation skills and ability to bridge the gap between IT and business leaders proves to be a key in helping organizations be successful as they transition to agile.

He is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). Brock has 13 years of experience in the Software Development industry; 6 years as a Developer and 7 years as a ScrumMaster and Agile Coach.
When not working, Brock enjoys spending time with his family including his wife and two daughters, hosting BBQ’s at his home in Calgary and golfing in the summers. Brock is currently on a quest with his father to attend the four major PGA Tour golf tournaments. He previously attended the Open Championship in Turnberry, Scotland in 2009 and plans to attend the Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia this April.
