Carol Wilkins: Native of Montreal area, graduated from Military College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. Worked 5 years in the Canadian Army as a Communications Officer before coming to Nortel to experience and ultimately survive radical downsizing. Worked in IS managing 3rd party hardware design tools before moving into a Project Manager role in 2006. Lucky chance to have first PM experience with forward thinking and risk taking group who  introduced SCRUM despite much opposition. Married for 9 years to Glenn Wilkins, we have two active boys, 5 and 7, and enjoy camping, motorcycling and other outdoor fun.
