Hired to manage high profile web projects on time, on budget, and ensure client satisfaction Worked with requesting departments to develop requirements and other documentation for web applications. Designed UI and business processes for web applications. Managed the resources schedule and budget of a large project portfolio (over 50 projects per year) with a 100% success rate and a 95% on time rate. Selected Accomplishments: Lead a crossfunctional team to reimagine and redevelope the online meeting registration system from concept design to full roll out resulting in a reduction in customer service call time by 30% and calls per hour by 13% as well as 40% increase in the velocity of online registrations durring the first week of registration.
