Joong Lee

Started my career as a configuration manager learning about what it means to develop software and importance of repeatable process.  This experience later contributed to my interest and passion for improving development process.  Writing numerous korn and bash shell scripts to perform SCM functions lead to transition to a full time software developer career path creating software solutions for telecommunication, education and financial services industry. Eventually I began to manage and lead a team of developers and cross-functional staffs to deliver solutions.  Learning about Scrum and its empirical process got hold of me back in 2007 and since then I have utilized it in numerous projects to meet ever changing market conditions and unpredictable user expectations.
