IBA Agile products and services include our Agency Agile Health check, Agile Coaching, Training, Staffing and Agile Development solutions. Our Agile products and services are designed to help our customers succeed in their missions to improve quality while reducing time, cost and risk per initiative / release. All products, along with the IBA Agile web pages, were co-authored by Mr. McCluer.
Since January, 2012, Mr. McCluer has coached and brought on line 14 DOD Product Development Teams at DHSS, and conducted ~150 Agile Training Sessions that range from a 3-hour Agile 101 / Intro class to up through all parts of the Agile process. (Backlog and T0 Prep, and included training teams on all key positions, meetings and deliverables for a successful Agile Scrum team. Mr. McCluer has acted as an embedded Agile coach for the 14 above DOD Product Development teams, where by he mentors new Agile teams from T-30 days / ramp up / Product Backlog creation, through their 1st 3 sprint cycles.

• Successfully launched over 30 initiatives into production, resulting in lowered cost and increased revenue to the respective business units and AOL overall.
• Provided team members and executive stakeholders weekly, and when needed, daily updates on program health, and status.
• Lead global technical teams, which implemented Phase I of a complex ad server migration for all AOL Ads. Results of the migration were greatly improved ad functionality, significant cost savings, and approval to proceed with overall conversion.
• Business Client units included AOL Advertising, AOL Mobile Advertising, Billing, Streaming Media (Audio and Video), Tacoda Behavioral Targeting, and more.

• Successful converted 71 switch sites, along with all related applications and client systems from a batched, call record collection and distribution environment to a real-time, UNIX based centralized architecture.
• New architecture managed mission critical, real-time feeds from all cellular switches, while feeding all downstream applications including customer billing and fraud prevention.
• Project team: ~70 individuals, 6 Project Managers, 4 consulting firms, various hardware and software vendors, and numerous client Finance, IT, and Engineering teams.
Lead Program Manager: AT&T Wireless North East Region Inbound/Outbound CRM Upgrade Project
• Bid, won and managed $8 million project that successfully deployed new front and back end solutions, as well as new LAN/WAN environments, for over 250 offices and over 3,000 CRM client workstations spread across 80 sites.
• SCRUM Project deployed new in-house application, upgraded back-end databases (Oracle/Sybase), and deployed new UNIX and Windows workstations into North East Region's 7 x 24 CRM production environments.
