Professional Profile

Working in professional software development since 1989 I have hold different roles: software developer, db designer and dba, software architect, technical team leader, mentor and coach.

I worked for software houses to develop shrink-wrapped software, worked as in-house software engineer for medium-large size companies and worked as consultant and trainer.

Learning, applying and improving in agile coding practices since 2002  and in agile team  practices since 2003. Getting involved in Italian agile community since 2004.

During 2006-2008 I've facilitated the adoption of Agile practices at one of the leading Formula One Racing Team.

Currently I'm an Italian working in Stockholm as Lead Agile Developer and Agile expert.

Interests and aims

Interested in Scum, XP, Lean sw development and Complexity science.

Also deeply interested in the social and creative aspects of software development.

My aim is to make change happen from inside the organization, from the bottom-up, and create value and empower myself and others.
