Job Description

Head of a development department. Responsible for about 15 people in two scrum teams. Mainly as Scrum Master, but there are ProducOwner tasks and "classic" leadership tasks.

Timeline 

2008 Jun Certified Product Owner Training with Boris Gloger. Hmm... somehow I think CSPO is the better job ;)

2008 after becoming a Certified Scrum Master in Februar, the scrum virus caught me. The experience about what you can do wrong inspired me to start my own blog  (german). I also started to get some contacts to the scrum coaching community. Agile consulting seems to be an option for me :)

2006 started using Scrum  - unfortunatelly, we left some things out (that's why we called it scrumpy)
