-Defined requirements for, designed and developed interactive web-based team development and performance optimization tool to supplement the work of personality type practitioners.  Built in Ruby on Rails with SQL relational database, the application is able to provide dynamic information and advice on demand.
-Contributed to medical malpractice application written in Java from a proprietary GUI library to Swing.  Product currently in use in litigation
-Elected to represent development team in company’s governance process.
