I have experience in several aspects of software development such as architecture, analysis, programming and project management. I know very well many agile methodologies and practices such as Scrum, Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development (TDD) and XP Programming.  I am, moreover, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP). I currently act as a software architect, developer and agile coach on projects. I am capable of guiding the team to establish a development process and improve it as needed during the project. I want to see each team member to operate well in a project while using agile methodologies to build a learning culture within the team.

I am usually recognized for my commitment to deliver as required by the mandate. My ability to analyze and collaborate with all stakeholders of a project makes me a prime candidate.  I am also a stand-alone resource, an excellent communicator and I am adept in French and in English. My calmness, my commitment and my hard work are recognized and appreciated by the customers.  I offer to them solutions of higher quality, while respecting the choices of the latter.

On the technology side, I am specialized in .NET Development (C#/VB), Visual Studio, Windows, Web; WCF, LINQ, SQL Server and many others.
